The new development, spanning a central site divided by a river, was conceptualized to offer comprehensive public amenities and re-anchor the area's unique identity through thoughtful architectural intervention, avoiding direct historical imitation while resisting generic modern development. This strategic project aims to integrate cultural, sports, and commercial facilities within an urban framework, combining functional programming with a reinterpretation of the regional landscape.

The project is deeply rooted in the philosophy of 'Abstract Landscape,' drawing inspiration from Chinese landscape painting, which prioritizes a spiritual and interpretive approach over direct replication. Instead of mimicking past architectural styles, the design translates the fundamental qualities of the surrounding environment into geometric forms and carefully planned spatial experiences. The abstract masses of the buildings echo the visual presence of distant mountains and nearby water bodies, while a strategic use of color contrast creates a clear and engaging visual structure.
