Occupying a generous 750 square meter plot, this residence, completed in 2025, masterfully utilizes its south-west orientation. The design not only welcomes an abundance of natural light but also frames picturesque vistas of the nearby park, blurring the lines between the built environment and the natural world.

The core concept behind this project revolves around the strategic integration of 'tinted courts,' which serve as both aesthetic elements and functional spaces. These courts are meticulously designed to manage solar gain and promote natural ventilation, ensuring a comfortable and energy-efficient living environment. Beyond their climatic benefits, the courts create dynamic interplay of light and shadow throughout the day, imbuing the interior spaces with an ever-changing sense of ambiance.
