Khakhamyan Heritage is spearheading the development of Amanoo, an 11-hectare residential enclave in Yerevan, structured around a masterplan set for completion in 2036. The site, once a thriving forest but later neglected, necessitated the removal of 165,000 m³ of construction debris before ecological restoration could commence. The masterplan, a collaboration between Khakhamyan Heritage and Soghomonyan Architects, innovatively reverses the conventional building sequence. For Ivy, the initial completed phase, the entire one-hectare plot was meticulously landscaped with 1,100 trees and shrubs before any construction began, with all established flora carefully preserved throughout the building process. Employing biomimetic principles, the architectural style translates organic shapes into structural geometries. Ivy, finalized in 2025, features four buildings housing 50 residences, their curved forms echoing the contours of an ivy leaf. The structural framework mirrors this undulating logic through monolithic reinforced concrete, while interiors maintain rectilinear walls to ensure practical living spaces. Sarin, currently under construction, continues this approach, with designs inspired by Armenian mountainscapes and water formations. Across the complete masterplan, which will encompass 11 buildings within eight projects, population density is capped at 50 families per hectare, dedicating over 75% of the area to green spaces.

Allegiant Stadium, the esteemed home of the Las Vegas Raiders NFL team, is strategically positioned near the Las Vegas Strip. The Las Vegas Raiders have engaged Grimshaw to reimagine two former parking areas on the stadium's northern flank into a verdant public plaza. This new North Plaza supplants the previous asphalt surfaces with an elevated pedestrian pathway extending from the W. Hacienda Avenue overpass to the stadium's northern entrance. It also features a substantial canopy that doubles as a small concert venue and a designated ride-share pick-up and drop-off area beneath the deck. Plans also include a station for The Boring Company's tunnel network, a driverless transport system already operational beneath the Las Vegas Convention Center, offering an additional transit option for visitors. Coupled with the existing Hacienda Bridge connection, this project establishes a more direct pedestrian route between the stadium and the Strip, concurrently providing a versatile public area suitable for gatherings and events throughout the year. The design aims to serve as a blueprint for converting underutilized land around major sports and entertainment complexes into vibrant, year-round community assets.
