The visitor's journey begins with an enigmatic introductory hall, where two gracefully curved walls artfully conceal the existing structure and direct attention towards the main gallery. The design incorporates materials such as clay plaster, stone, and metal, echoing the antiquity of the displayed objects. A striking circular light installation, stretching across the curved surfaces, evokes the warm glow of the Mediterranean sun, appearing distorted from most angles but forming a perfect circle from a specific vantage point. Subsequent galleries continue this contemporary interpretation, with glazed birch plywood covering floors and ascending walls, becoming translucent at higher elevations to diffuse natural light. Sculptures are presented on elevated wooden platforms, with some precious items secured within glass displays. The seamless transitions between floors and walls create an expansive, boundary-less feel. Another gallery features a perforated plywood wall, displaying photographs of unincluded artifacts and smaller objects within niches, resembling a modern stereoscope. The final room, distinguished by a rich burgundy carpet on both the floor and a curved wall, houses a circular display case with five small objects encircled by brass elements and soft lighting, harmoniously linking with the castle's existing stone staircase.

This configuration complicates identifying a single opponent or maintaining a clear line of exchange, prompting players to collectively determine the start and flow of a rally. Pica's design reflects her childhood memories of communal ping-pong games in Argentina, transforming face-to-face duels into dynamic group activities shaped by new entrants.

Carlos H. Matos's 'Tlachco' merges contemporary ping-pong with the ancient Mesoamerican game of Ulama, featuring sloped walls and hoops. The Mexican artist scales down the traditional Ulama court architecture, using aluminum and volcanic stone to create a compact playing field with multiple targets. Players can utilize the sloped walls for rebounds or aim through hoops, moving beyond conventional scoring. This sculpture invites imaginative play and encourages deciphering the court's unique demands, making each rally an exploration of movement and interpretation.

The creative collective SUPERFLEX directly references the waterfront environment with 'Fish Ping-Pong,' a pink Cantera stone structure featuring openings at its base and playing surface. Its design evokes modernist housing along the Rockaway shoreline but is also conceived for future marine life, with cavities that could provide shelter for algae and other ocean inhabitants if submerged. Two prominent holes on the playing surface become unexpected targets, placing every game at the intersection of urban development and natural forces.
