Nestled in the tranquil interior of São Paulo, the MM House by Equipe Lamas is a sprawling single-story residence spanning 630 square meters. Commissioned by a couple eager to reside in close proximity to their daughters and grandchildren, who had already settled in the same community, the design brief was clear and heartfelt: create an inviting, ground-level living space that embraces a wooden structural system, features a ceramic roof, and ensures complete accessibility for all residents and visitors.

Situated on a compact 5 x 21 meter parcel within a bustling residential district in Da Nang, this architectural endeavor by Hinzstudio tackles the inherent limitations of a narrow urban townhouse. The primary objective was to conceive a living space that is both expansive and adaptable, offering a haven for a young family of four. The design deliberately prioritizes elements such as natural illumination, optimal airflow, and the cultivation of familial interaction, all while adapting to the city's tropical weather conditions.
