The genesis of Kand-Kaav Villa stemmed from a client's dissatisfaction with conventional designs that failed to meet their specific needs. Previous architectural plans, though complete, lacked a profound connection to the users' lifestyle and offered generic programmatic solutions. This prompted ABAR Office to embark on a comprehensive redesign, focusing on the nuanced distinctions between urban and rural living environments. The prevailing regional regulations, which permit two stories above ground and one basement level, often lead to a monotonous architectural landscape.
