DRM Arquitectura undertook an extensive renovation of an existing commercial property, transforming it into a cutting-edge drive-thru ice cream establishment. This project thoughtfully considered the movement of both vehicles and pedestrians, ensuring a harmonious flow throughout the site.

The architectural strategy was centered on optimizing the customer journey, enabling patrons to effortlessly engage with the ice cream shop's services whether arriving by car or on foot. The design skillfully intertwines the structure with its surroundings, resulting in a vibrant and inviting commercial venue. The facility, completed in 2024, spans 510 square meters and is located in Remedios de Escalada, Argentina, showcasing an innovative adaptive reuse of space.

This innovative architectural endeavor exemplifies how design can adapt to contemporary consumer needs while creating a positive and efficient public interaction. The successful integration of diverse access methods into a cohesive commercial space highlights a forward-thinking approach to urban retail, fostering community engagement and providing a delightful experience for all visitors.

Situated in the heart of Montpellier, France, between the historic Arceaux and dynamic Figuerolles districts, the Espace Ambroise Croizat has been meticulously reimagined by TAUTEM Architecture. This ambitious undertaking involved converting the former Center for Social Experimentation and Innovation (CEIS) into a contemporary space that exudes care, dignity, and a profound respect for its surroundings. The project, completed in 2026, boasts a total area of 1370 square meters and reflects a commitment to cultural architecture, community engagement, and environmental sustainability.

TAUTEM Architecture's design philosophy was deeply influenced by the Mediterranean climate, leading to the incorporation of features that optimize natural light, ventilation, and thermal comfort.
