Situated near Monterrey, in the quaint town of Villa de Santiago, this residence redefines the local rural aesthetic through its imposing monolithic concrete framework, meticulously adorned with locally sourced stone. Designed to serve as a tranquil sanctuary amidst the majestic Sierra Madre Oriental mountains, the dwelling thoughtfully incorporates a series of patios, terraces, and panoramic vistas, fostering an intimate dialogue between its interior spaces and the surrounding natural topography.

The structural integrity of the house is predominantly defined by its reinforced concrete elements, where walls, corbels, floors, and the roof coalesce into a singular, unified material and structural entity.
